Our Commitment to Feedback and Program Quality
CAMICB is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and high-quality certification program. We welcome feedback from candidates, certificants, and stakeholders regarding any aspect of the CMCA program, including the application process, testing experience, certification staff interactions, and overall program quality.
All feedback is reviewed by CAMICB’s customer service staff. When appropriate, feedback is escalated for further review by relevant staff or, in sensitive cases, the Chair of the Board. Matters involving fairness, discrimination, or impartiality are given elevated attention. While not all feedback requires formal action, every submission is acknowledged and evaluated.
Feedback can be submitted by email at info@camicb.org, or, for exam candidates, through the post-exam survey. Submissions should include enough detail to allow for meaningful review.
CAMICB maintains a feedback log and periodically reviews trends as part of its internal quality and management review processes.
If your concern involves potential misconduct by a certificant, please refer to our Standards of Professional Conduct and Complaints Process for information on submitting a formal complaint.
